I am a textile designer who specializes in designing woven and printed textiles.

 

I studied for my BA (Hons) in Textiles For Fashion And Interiors at UCA Farnham graduating with a First Class Degree in 2016. Previously I studied for my BTEC in Fashion And Textiles at Northbrook College, Sussex where I developed skills in garment construction and trend analysis.

 

I have strong CAD skills. My work often has a digital influence as I manipulate my drawings and photos to create a design.

 

Recently silk has featured in my work because of its luxurious softness, lustre and elegant drape qualities whilst being one of the strongest natural fibres. I am also confident in using other fibres such as alpaca, lambs wool, cotton, metal wire, lurex and paper.
